Subject: Homecoming

We are all excited you are coming home. POPC hasn't been the same without yall. But I'm so glad you have had the summer you have had. What an opportunity! I hear Rebecca is moving up to Covenant choir and Anna is moving to Praise Troop. Can't wait to see yall!

Subject: Date sandwich!

Hm, it sounds like you ate the inside of the bread--with cheese dripped over it! What a yummy treat. What a nice Sunday outing, except for the leaches! Just a few more days before your company--and a week before "the birthdays"! The blogs are amusing and very interesting--so now it is Joshua saying he wants to stay "out West"? Have a wonderful week.

Subject: My visit

I typed this--apparently got too long-winded and it deleted the entire thing. So, more briefly: In all I had a great time in beautiful Helena and Bozeman, the pool comples (my first exposure to a "lazy river"), deer in the roadways and here and there. The friendly town, shop-owners and church members are unique among places I've been. My lucky grandchildren will no doubt remember these adventures their entire lives! Me too! The Florida mugginess is in full-blast right now--what a difference from the dry air in Montana! Love the blog reports from everyone...and each of you! Have more fun in your "remaining" days!

Subject: Keep up the great blogs, kids!

Fantastic reporting from the Cathedral, rodeo, and trolley adventures, especially. It's great to keep up with you all. And so good to hear from each of you in your own unique voices!
Looking forward to seeing you all soon, but in the meantime, I hope you all enjoy Grandma's visit (I'm sure she's enjoying her adventures with you!).

Subject: Hello!

Just a quick hello from the Durfields! After being gone for 2 weeks, we did not have the time to check the blog, so I just spent some time catching up and LOVE hearing about all the outdoor adventures (trying not be too green with envy). Rejoicing over all this wonderful family time you're having together!

We miss you! Continue to enjoy that porch reading Gretchen!

Love you all!
Julie
P.S. Promise me you'll teach us the Shelt game...Quible I think it was? 8-)
